DEALER CLASSIFICATIONS AND DISCOUNTS


Class A Dealer:

All orders must be prepaid via VISA or Master Card.
Daily Discount Rate of 40%.
NEW ISSUE FEE: Must accept three cycles of six New Issue editions per calendar year.
STOCK ORDER FEE: Places at least three Stock Orders per calendar year.  Minimum order of $500 net, or one order at $4,000 net per calendar year.


Class B Dealer:

All orders must be prepaid via VISA or Master Card.
Daily Discount Rate of 35%.
NEW ISSUE FEE: Must accept three cycles of six New Issue editions per calendar year or (if applicable) choose Selected New Issues and pay a yearly fee of $100.
STOCK ORDER FEE: Places at least one Stock Order per calendar year.  Minimum order of $500 net.


Class C Dealer:

All orders must be prepaid via VISA or Master Card.
Daily Discount Rate of 25%.


New Dealers:

All orders must be prepaid via VISA or Master Card.

New International Music Co. accounts, if accepted, are established as "Class C" accounts with a Daily Discount Rate of 25%.

How do I become a Class B Dealer?

After six (6) months of active use as a Class C account, the dealer may request an upgrade to "Class B" status (Daily Discount Rate of 35%). International Music Co. will review the account sales volume and advise the dealer if the request is approved or disapproved. If approved, the dealer must order fifteen (15) New Issues (at the Class C Daily Discount Rate of 25%); dealer must then submit a copy of the payment receipt to make the Class B (Daily Discount Rate of 35%) rate operational for future orders. If request is disapproved, dealer must wait twelve (12) months before requesting an upgrade to Class B status.


How do I become a Class A Dealer?

After twelve (12) months of "Class B" status, if the dealer places at least three (3) stock orders (each order minimum $500.00 net, plus any of the orders must include a minimum of six (6) New Issues) then the dealer may request an upgrade to "Class A" status (Daily Discount Rate of 40%). "Class A" Dealers must accept three (3) cycles of New Issue editions per calendar year with no returns of these New Issues.

International Music Company reserves the right to approve or disapprove any requests to open and/or upgrade an account.


GENERAL TERMS


Terms:

All above-referenced Dealer Classifications and Discounts are subject to change without notice.

Payment method:

All domestic accounts must make payments via VISA or Master Card, unless credit has been established.

All accounts outside of the United States must make payment by VISA or Master Card or wire transfer.

All bank fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be applied to the dealer account.

Payments:


All funds received shall be accepted and/or deposited without prejudice.

Shipping:

Dealers/individuals are responsible for choosing the shipping method and assume all responsibility for merchandise once it leaves the warehouse.

Ship Direct:


Drop ship orders are subject to a $5.00 service charge.

Cancellation fee:


A fee of 6.5% of retail will be charged on all SUBMITTED orders which are subsequently cancelled and an additional restocking fee of 15% of retail may be applicable.

Order processing:


If International Music Co. manually enters any incoming orders, a 6% (of retail) order processing fee will apply.

Service fee:


A service fee of 1.5% per order will be charged up to a maximum charge of $50.00, and is included in shipping & handling.

Minimum Total Order:


Accounts with annual calendar net sales of less than $150 will be required to prepay future orders via VISA or Master Card.

New issues:


Newly added editions of product, three cycles of approximately six editions per calendar year.

New Issues are not returnable, not refundable and no credit will be applied to the customer’s account and future discounts will be reduced. When opening a New Account, dealer must purchase previous cycles of New Issues as stated above with the first order.

Returns:


International Music Co. offers a 30 day return policy from date of purchase for credit when returns are accompanied with a copy of the invoice. Conditions apply. Vendor is responsible for shipping charges unless the product was shipped in error. A restocking fee of 15% of the retail price will apply to returns. Returns for overstock are not accepted.

All returns must be sent via a secure and economical method to: International Music Co., c/o Vicks Lithograph and Printing Corporation, 5166 Commercial Drive, Yorkville, NY 13495. The vendor will bear the freight costs for any returns sent erroneously to the International Music Co. Manhattan, NY offices instead of to Vicks Lithograph and Printing Corporation.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise:


Dealers should not sign for damaged merchandise and advise International Music Co. immediately via e-mail referencing the invoice number of order and must also include a photo of the damage including a photo of the damaged carton, if applicable. The carton should be retained until the matter is resolved. For a defective item a credit authorization must be requested via e-mail.

Inactive Accounts:


If an account has had no activity for twelve consecutive months then the account may be subject to change.

If an account has had no activity for twenty-four consecutive months the account will become inactive. Once an account is inactive, Dealers must create a new account to place orders.

New Accounts:


All orders must be processed via VISA or Master Card.

All new dealers must make payment by VISA or Master Card regardless of class. International Music Co. requires a submitted dealer application and at its’ sole discretion may allow the establishment of a dealer account and applicant must also submit a valid sales certificate. When opening a New Account, dealer must purchase previous cycles of New Issues as stated above with the first order.

AN ASTERISK (*) APPEARING AFTER THE TITLE OF A COMPOSITION IN THE .PDF CATALOGUE INDICATES THE COMPOSITION MAY NOT BE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN IN EVERY COUNTRYAROUND THE WORLD, AND THEREFORE MAY ONLY BE DISTRIBUTED IN THE COUNTRY IN WHICH YOUR BILLING ADDRESS IS LOCATED. PRIOR TO YOUR EXPORTING OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTING COPIES OF THESE COMPOSITIONS OUTSIDE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS, INQUIRY SHOULD BE MADE OF YOUR LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE TO DETERMINE THE COPYRIGHT STATUS OF THE COMPOSITION. IMC MAKES NO REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE COPYRIGHT STATUS OF ANY COMPOSITION OUTSIDE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS.
